Refund policy

If you find yourself dissatisfied with the initial condition and/or performance of the item you've purchased, there's an option for you to initiate a return within a 30-day period from the date of shipment, entitling you to a refund or a replacement. To be eligible for either a refund or a replacement, the items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all attached tags and stickers.

Please take note of the following important points:

1. To acquire the return authorization, please furnish us with both your order number and the rationale behind your return request.
2. Returns should include the original invoice or packing slip.
4. After obtaining a return authorization, you are free to return any unused items within their original packaging, which should include all accompanying accessories. You have a 30-day window for this, during which you can opt for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that non-defective returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
5. We cannot accept returns that lack the complete original packaging.
6. With the exception of defective merchandise shipped within the United States (as determined by us), shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Customers are responsible for pre-paying the shipping costs associated with returning merchandise.
8. Kindly allow a period of 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your return for the credit to be processed.
9. For tracking and confirmation purposes, returns should be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. We bear no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during the return process; therefore, we recommend purchasing insurance from your chosen shipper.
10. It's important to note that returning merchandise will nullify your eligibility to take advantage of any promotions or rebates that may be linked to the original purchase.
